Custom Foam

Many of our customers' products can range from being very fragile to being very heavy.  So to insure safe transit we use a variety of foams and foam densities to protect your products.  Through proper evaluation of weight, fragility, and mode of transport, we determine which foam is best suited for cushioning your specific need and application.  Typical foams used are polyethylene, urethane, expanded polystyrene and cross linked foams.  We have the ability to die cut, convolute and hot wire foam into many configurations.

"Architects of Packaging offered us a more
thoughtful approach to solving our packaging needs.
I would recommend them to any company."

Architects of Packaging also has its own fabrication department, where we can glue or heat bond foam to other packaging mediums such as corrugated, wood or other types of foam.  This opens up even greater opportunities to our customers for combination packaging to meet their specific needs.  Don't have the time or resources to put your packaging together?  Let us assemble the entire pack for you by inserting all the internal parts within the outer container.  All that's left for you to do is open the box, place your product inside and close the box back up.  It's that simple.
